Search for the character string in the Drawing (2D)

You can search for a text, based on the character string.

You can target the search to the part data, which has been connected to texts or to the part numbers.

• From the drawing is searched for exactly the text search string which exactly matches to the search string by notice the case-sensitive.
• From the part data is searched for the string, which is not case-sensitive.

Do as follows:

1. Open the drawing in the working window.
2. Press the keys Ctrl+F.
3. Fill in the Search field, the character string to be searched.
4. Do either of the following:
   • If you search for the character string in the drawing texts, select OK.
   • If you search for the character string, connected to part numbers, select Part Data and select OK.
5. Confirm or reject the next text search.
