Selecting Contact Label from Contact Chart

With this function you can add a contact code from the connector list of the contact chart symbol. In this case there must be a contact chart symbol in the drawing with the same device label as the symbol, to which the contact code is to be added.

1. After selecting the function click the contact, that has the same device label as the contact chart, from whose connector list you select the code.
2. Select an available contact code from the connector list.

   The connector list includes the contact codes defined on the contact chart, followed by position references to contacts whose codes have been added from the connector list. Below the Other contacts text are the contact codes and position references to symbols that have the same device label as the contact chart.

The program verifies that the contact code selected from the connector list is attached to a contact of the same type as the contact to which the code is to be added.

Position references are always visible in the connector list. Position references are added to the contact chart with the Add Position References function.

• You can also select the function from the context-sensitive menu. First select the contact chart symbol in a drawing and then select the Select Contact Labels from Chart function.
