Search Results

You can sort the search results in the browser by clicking the column headings. The order settings is search-specific and resets with each search.

You can narrow your search results with the column filter function. Set a filter by typing a keyword in the filter field, or click the button and select a keyword from a list.

Remove the filter by clearing the filter field. The filter is also cleared when a new search is performed.

Note: In basic mode, double-clicking a search result opens the document, while in selection mode, double-clicking adds the document.

Representation of Thumbnail Images

You can select the representation of thumbnail images as follows:

  1. Move the cursor on the thumbnail image area.
  2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
  3. Select View.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Large Icons - Default representation.
    • Large Tiles
    • Small Icons
    • Small Tiles
    • List
    • Details

The representation method of thumbnail images is saved and it will be used even after you restart the program.
