The Number of Recent Buildings and Files

You can select a building or file from the list of recently opened buildings or files in the File menu. You can also select the building opened last from the dialog box that opens during the software start-up. The number of buildings and files on the list are defined in the system settings.

1. Select >  Preferences >  Edit.
2. Do either of the following:
   • Use the end-user view
     1. Clear the Administrator's View checkbox.
     2. Select Environment/Recent Projects.
     3. Enter the desired values in the The maximum value of recently opened documents and The maximum value of recently opened projects.
   • Use administrator's view
     1. Select the Administrator's View checkbox.
     2. Find the keywords recent_projects and recent_documents.
     3. Enter the desired values for the keywords.
3. Confirm by clicking OK.
4. Restart Vertex.
