Open a Building

In the building browser, select the Sync folder. The buildings' data is presented in the columns in the right-side browser pane. The columns associated with Vertex Sync are:

• Revision - The latest revision number in Vertex Sync.
• Checked out by - The name of the user who has reserved the building.
• Status - The following symbols appear in the column:
  • - The building is up-to-date.
  • - There have been changes to the building, but it hasn't been synchronized.
  • - The building is reserved for the current user.
  • - The building is reserved for another user.
  • - The overwrite of the revision is locked. You cannot overwrite the current revision, but you can make a new revision unless the building revision is locked.
  • - The building's revision is locked. You cannot make a new revision of the building, but you can overwrite an old revision unless the overwrite is locked.
