Sketch Perpendicular

Set the sketching plane temporarily to a perpendicular position when sketching.

  1. Open the Toolstrip.
  2. Select Perpendicular.
Note:
  • You can also set the sketching plane to open automatically to a perpendicular position when entering sketching mode. The setting is enabled until you change it again. Change the setting as follows:
    1. Open the sketching mode by opening a sketch.
    2. On the tab, in the View group, click Perpendicular.
    3. Change the setting by reselecting it
  • When the setting is disabled, you can set the sketching plane to a perpendicular position by selecting Perpendicular from the tool strip.
