Reroute a Hose

General

  • You can reroute a hose by selecting the grip at the end of the hose.
  • In this way, you can, for example, change the connection of the hose to another actuator by utilizing an already existing route.
  • If you route a new hose to the end of another hose, the connected hose (or wire) is formed from the first connected hose.

Reroute a Hose

  1. Select the hose to be rerouted.
    • The program draws the grips on the ends of the hose.
  2. Select the grip of the hose end that you want to reroute.
    • The program removes the end of the hose from the grip connection or the point of geometry.
  3. If the hose has old intermediate points and you want to remove the hose from them, press Ctrl+Z.
    • The functin removes connection points one at a time.
  4. If necessary, select new intermediate points.
  5. Select a new endpoint for the hose.
    • If you select the endpoint at the grip on an actuator, the hose will end there.
    • If you select the endpoint at a geometry point, confirm the routing of the hose as finished.
