Locate the Border Line for a Room Height

With this function, the location of the border line of a desired room height is defined in a building with a slanting ceiling. The program marks the border line of the selected height in the 2D drawing of the building. The line can be handled with the general line drawing functions.

  1. Do either of the following:
    • Select Modeling | Room Min. Height.
    • Select a room label in the floor plan drawing and Room | Tools | Min. Height.
  2. Activate the 3D model.
  3. Select the roof slope or the ceiling.
  4. Select the floor.
  5. Select Confirm.
  6. Type the limiting height in a text box.
Note:
  • If the room height is more than the limiting height throughout the room, you will be prompted: Line cannot be added.
