Print Several Panel or Part Drawings

Browse a list of the panel or part drawings by using the function in the building’s document browser. You can print several drawings at once.

  1. Select Structural drawings, or one of its sub-branches, for example Wall panels, in which case you can only browse the panel drawings of the selected type. The part drawings of each panel can be found under the panel drawing.
  2. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
  3. Select the List view function.

    You can browse the panel drawings in a dialog box, You can sort the documents by clicking the headers in the list box.

  4. Do one of the following:
    • Select a panel drawing or part drawing in the list box to preview its contents. You can switch off the preview image by clearing the Preview check box.
    • Select the panel drawings or part drawings you want to print in the list box. You can select several documents with the Ctrl key pressed down. Click Print.

Note: The program checks the status of the building’s panel drawings before opening the list view.
  • If all panels do not have a panel drawing, or the drawings are not up-to-date, the program will remind you about this in a message box. You can still proceed to the list view. Missing panel drawings will not be collected to the list view.
  • If you select to print a panel drawing with an out of date source file, the program will remind you about this in a message box. You can still proceed to the printing.
  • You can also print a temporary panel drawing file in the building’s Tmp folder.
