Create Panel Stacks
Framer
Define the stacks onto which the panels will be loaded. An optimal stack is created of the selected panels. You can select the panels in the floor plan or the building model. Create the panel or truss drawings before defining the stacks.
- Select Output | Panels and Trusses | 2D Panel Stacking > 2D Panel Stacking (Manual).
- Select the first element. You can select several panels of the same type in the same stack.
- Enter the stack number. The initial part of the stack label is determined automatically based on the panel type.
- Click the panels to be included in the stack one by one. Selected panels are highlighted in color in the floor plan or the model. The panels are numbered in the stack according to the order in which they are selected.
- Confirm a stack as finished in one of the following ways:
- Select Confirm.
- If the stack height exceeds the maximum height defined in the settings when you click a panel, you will receive the following prompt: "Stack too high ([height] > [maximum height]). Do you want to change stack?" Select Yes, and the panel clicked last will not be added to the stack. However, if you wish to add the panel to the stack, even if the maximum height is exceeded, select No. You will receive the same prompt when you click the next panel until you select Yes.
- Enter the number of the following stack.
- When you have added the desired panels to the stack diagrams, finish by pressing the Esc key.
Note:
- The initial part of the stack label is determined automatically based on the panel type:
- FLRSTACK - Floor panel
- CEILSTACK - Ceiling panel
- ROOFSTACK - Roof panel
- WPNLSTACK - Wall panel
- TRUSSSTACK - Truss
- The default maximum height of a stack is defined in the system settings with the keyword panel_stack_max_height.
