Edit Detail Books Dialog Box

In this dialog box you can create new detail books and edit or delete existing ones.

Detail books

The detail books of the building are listed in this field.

Archived detail books

The archived detail books that have been collected from the details of the detail archives in the custom folder are listed in this field.

Edit

Add and delete details from a detail book. Select the detail book in the field and click Edit. Add and delete details in the dialog box.

Note: When you want to edit archived detail books, first close the open building and then select the Edit Detail Books function. You can add details to an archived detail book only from detail archives that have been saved in the Custom folder.

Delete

Select the detail book to be removed in the list and click Delete. When you delete a detail book, the books located under it will also be deleted.

Copy

You can copy an archived detail book into a building detail book. Copy a detail book as follows:

1. Select the detail book to be copied from the field on the right.
2. Select a root directory or a detail book under which you wish to copy the archived detail book from the field on the left.
3. Click the Copy button.

Copy also sub detail books

Copies also the sub detail books of the archived detail book.

New detail book

You can create a new detail book for a building in the root directory or as a sub-book of an existing detail book as follows:

1. From the left-side field in the dialog box, select the backslash denoting the root directory, or the book under which you wish to create the detail book.
2. Type the name of the detail book in the New detail book text field.
3. Click the Add button.

Add details to a new detail book as follows:

1. Select the detail book from the field.
2. Click the Edit Library button.
3. Add details in the dialog box.
