Updating a Zone

If you add or remove windows and doors within an energy zone or move walls, you can update the zone and the energy report using the document browser function.

1. Open the Energy calculation branch in the document browser.
2. Move the cursor over the heading Warm [number] or Half warm [number].
3. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu.
4. Select Update and Open.

   The program collects the building component data in a database and opens them for viewing in the Thermal Insulation Components database view.

5. Confirm by clicking OK.

   The program will update the energy report (energy.xml) in the building folder. You can open the report from the building document browser branch Other documents.
