Close an Edited Sub Model
Sub Projects
Close a sub model that has been edited, and update the made changes to the main model. The changes are updated to the main model from which the sub model has been opened for editing or to all main models to which the sub model has been added, in accordance with the method of editing you selected.

Close edited sub model. - Depending on the modifications you have made you will be prompted:
- Material data is not up to date. Update?
- Panel/part drawings and material data are not up to date. Update?
When you select Yes, the sub model does not need to be updated during the up-to-dateness check, when you return to a higher level sub model or main model in the hierarchy.
- If you have not yet saved the changes, save the building by clicking Save.
- If you opened the sub model from Sync, select whether you want to upload the building to Sync or save a working copy.
- If you opened the sub model from the DesignStream system, select whether to check-in the building to DesignStream, keep the building reserved, or uncheck the building in DesignStream.
