Change the Text Type (2D)
You can select a single or several texts in the drawing, change the text type and, if necessary, select the text points. For example, change the normal text type to a reference line text.

Change text type. - Select the single text, or several texts, and select Confirm.
- Select one of the options in the dialog box as the text type:
- Text
- Boxed
- Ref. text 1
- Ref. text 1, no leader line
- Ref. text 2
- Ref. text 2, no leader line
- If you want to select the start point of the reference line and the location of the text, select
Select text’s points. If you are changing normal text into reference line text, you must select this option. - The dialog box will close automatically after the text type selection if you have selected
Close this window after type selection. In other case, select OK.
- Select a position for the text as follows:
- Click the start point of the reference line if you selected Select text's points in the dialog box.
- Click the location of the text. If you want to position the text to the same position, select Confirm.
- If you are changing the type of several texts at a time, the texts being modified are individually highlighted in color in the drawing. The order is the same as the one in which they were selected. Click a position for each text in the drawing.
- Select OK.
Select one or more texts, and then select the context-sensitive menu function

Note:
- You can add more points to the reference line after selecting the text's start point by selecting the
Meander line function.
