Drawing Data

Browse the archive data of drawings in the active project in a list.

1. On the tab, in the Projects group, select Data > Drawing Data.

   A list of the archived drawings in the project opens.

2. Do one of the following:
   • Edit the description texts of the drawings.
   • Click the Project button, and you can view the project data.
   • Select a drawing in the list and click the Drawing button. You can view the archive data of the drawing.
3. Close the list by clicking OK.

You can also select the function on the Documents tab in the project data card.
