Add Bend Data to a Drawing

General

  • You can add bend data as a text table to a drawing.
  • You can add a reference line text to the bend line, showing the radius and angle.
  • Angle sign:
    • A positive angle indicates that the bend is towards the viewer.
    • A negative angle indicates that the bend is away from the viewer.

Add sheet bend data

Bend data of a sheet metal part is:
  • Bend radius.
  • Angle.
  • Number of bends.
  1. Select Drawing | Mechanical | Notes >  Bend data.
  2. Click a location for the text table in the drawing.

The bend data will be refreshed as changes are made to the model.

Add bend line data

Bend line data:
  • Bend radius.
  • Angle.
  1. Select Drawing | Mechanical Engineering | Notes >  Feature data.
  2. Click a bend line belonging to a feature.
    • The arrowhead of the reference line is positioned at the clicked point.
  3. Click a location for the reference line text in the drawing.

The bend data will be refreshed as changes are made to the model.
