Rename a Constraint

You can name a constraint to make it easier to identify it. Name a constraint as follows:

  1. From beneath the assembly tree, select the constraint.
  2. Select the context-sensitive function Edit.
  3. Enter the constraint's name into the Name field. From the drop-down list you can select previously entered names.
  4. Select OK.
Note: Renaming a constraint is a useful feature when naming the constraints of a SmartSnap component. The name of the constraint will be displayed in the prompt when adding the component.
