Cursor Properties
Defines the general drawing properties such as the cursor type, cursor resolution, dimension precision, snap to points and zoom.
You can change the settings in the menu:

Tab: Cursor
- Type
- Sets the cursor type as normal (default), large cross hair or coordinate axes cursor. You can also select the cursor type by using a keyboard command.
- Resolution
- You can define the resolution of the cursor in the working window. Select an appropriate value from the list.
- Dimensioning precision
- Sets the dimension precision in the working window. Select an appropriate value from the list.
- Search area % of cursor size
- Sets the cursor snap area in relation to the cursor's size. The snap area will be positioned around the cursor. The value 50% indicates that there is a snap area around the cursor of half the cursor size.
- Automatic point snapping
- Sets automatic snapping to points. Select the Always option if you want automatic snapping to points to be used.
- Mark entities before selecting
- Sets highlighting elements before selection. When this function is enabled (default), a line element in the cursor-snap area, for example, is highlighted in color. If highlighting is not used, the element will not be marked in any way.

Temporarily, you can prevent the cursor from automatic snapping to points by pressing the Alt key, when drawing a line, for example.
