Element Type Editing Functions

The following describes the common editing functions of the dialog box tabs.

Common Features

Title Icons

The element properties are displayed below the titles. The icon in the title indicates that these are the current properties of the element selected for editing.

The icon in the title indicates that these are the new properties of the element. If the properties are not edited, the new properties will be identical to the element's current properties.

Select title

You can filter the selected elements in the drawing. Mark the elements, that will remain selected according to the properties of the elements. When you select the checkbox , the elements will remain selected, when you click the OK button. If you select Leave selected, the selection of element is removed.

Edit

Elements of the same element type, but with different properties, are listed by row, below the titles.

Select a row on the list and select Edit. You will see the properties of the selected element.

Old - You will see the old properties, defined earlier.

New - Define new properties to the element.

Set

Update the new properties of the element in the dialog box by clicking the Set button.

OK

Update the new properties of the element in the drawing by selecting OK.
