Publish Documents

If the WWW Publishing add-on feature is available to you, you can publish documents created in the design process to three different destinations: to a folder, to a printer, or to the DesignStream system. Select one of the following in the Check-In to DesignStream dialog box.

• Interactively

  Select the document set and documents to be published. Make the selections in the Publisher dialog box which opens, when you close the Check-In to DesignStream dialog box by clicking the OK button.

  Publisher

• Silent

  Select one of the pre-defined document sets to be published. Select the set from the Set drop-down list. If you want to edit the set, select the radio button Interactively.

• No publishing
