Update a Log Face Drawing

Log House Work Drawings

You can select updating a log work drawing in the building model or floor plan, or when the log work drawing of the log wall is open. You can perform the following updates on the log work drawing in the building model or floor plan:

  • Cut a log wall with a roof.
  • Cut a log wall with opening macros.

With the log work drawing open, you can additionally perform the following updates:

  • Update the log wall machinings.
  • Update the dimensions of the log work drawing.

Update the machinings as follows:

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select the function in the log work drawing
      1. Open the log work drawing.
      2. Do either of the following:
        • Select Log Wall Layout | Update.
        • Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Update Log Wall.
    • Select the function in the model or floor plan
      1. Select a log wall.
      2. Select Log Wall | Face Drawing | Update.
  2. Select the updates in the Update Log Face Drawing dialog box.

  3. If you checked the Update Machinings checkbox, select the machinings from the list. The selected machinings are deleted and redone.

Note

  • You can update the dimensions of a log work drawing and the log wall machinings only when the log work drawing is open.
