Creating Standard Text Dictionary

Standard texts can be saved in dictionaries. The dictionary menu is defined in the file of Vertex folder Custom/texts/system. Edit the file in Notepad. The file is of the following format:

TITLE (texts/system/File)

\_Standard text1

\_Standard text2

Standard text3

..

TITLE is the title of the dictionary menu, which is displayed in the Standard Texts field of the dialog box when adding a text.

File is the file name containing the standard texts.

Standard text is the standard text to be added into a drawing. If you type characters \_ in the front of the standard text, the text will be displayed underlined.

Dictionary standard texts are saved as File1, File2 etc.

To create a standard text dictionary, follow these steps:

1. Type standard texts of the dictionary in the file File1, File2 etc.
2. Save the file in the folder Custom/texts/system.
