Connect Pipe or Duct Lines
Piping Design
When you remove a component between two pipes/ducts, the line is broken. Complement the missing section by adding a pipe or duct line between grip points.
- Do either of the following:
- Select Modeling |
Pipe. - Select Modeling | Pipe
Duct.
- Select Modeling |
- Move the cursor near the grip point of the pipe/duct. The cursor snaps to the grip point.
Select the grip point.
The pipe/duct information is determined by the selected grip point.
- Select the grip point of a pipe/duct to be connected.
The parts are connected. A continuous line is created.
Note:
- You can also connect parts by adding a grip point linkage between them. A seam is created between pipe or duct parts.
