Collected Details

The collected details are opened for browsing in a database view.

Dialog Box Options

Class

The collected details have been grouped into classes in the database view so that the details in each drawing and detail book form their own class. The details in the same class will be included on the same sheet.

Subclass

The field indicates whether a class has a subclass, for example a book has been added under a detail book.

Listing

You can open a detail list for printing in the word processor defined in the system settings by clicking Make list. The details will be grouped in classes on the list, with classes as headings and subclasses as subheadings.

List order

The numbers in the field indicate the order of the details on the detail list, which you can generate by clicking Make list. If necessary, you can change the order by changing the number in the database view.
