Cutting an Object to the Clipboard
Cut the selected objects to the clipboard by selecting the Clipboard>  Cut function from the context-sensitive
      menu. This function will replace the content last copied on the clipboard. Cut objects as
      follows:

- Select one or more objects.
- Do either of the following:- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu and select Clipboard>
                 Cut. Cut.
- Press Ctrl+X.
 
- Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu and select Clipboard>
                
- Click a reference point.
Note: 
    
  - You can paste objects on the clipboard to a new location by selecting the
          Clipboard>  Paste
        function from the context-sensitive menu. You can paste objects cut from a drawing/model
        only within the same drawing/model. Paste

- You can also move objects within the same drawing/model with the  Move function in the context-sensitive
