Component Change
Roof parameters that you can use in a search criteria or define to be changed:
| SLOPE | Roof slope. |
| ROOF_EAVE_TYPE | Eave type can be perpendicular or vertical. Standard values PERPENDICULAR/VERTICAL. |
| RAFTER_SIZE | Height of the rafter. Used in height calculation for a truss structured roof with a butt cut parameter. |
| FASCIA_HEIGHT | Fascia height. |
| OVER_HEIGHT | Plate height. |
| OVERHANG | Overhang, if the property Controls eave height has been used for a dimension constraint. You can use this parameter to change the dimension in question. |
| PLATE_HEIGHT | Wall frame height. Not used, when a dimension constraint is fixed to the roof. |
| ROOF_EAVE_HGT | Eave height. Not used, when the property Controls eave height is in use. |
| BUTT_CUT_FLAG | Over the wall height (0) or butt cut (1) dimension in a truss structured roof. |
| SEAT_CUT | Seat cut in a rafter structured roof. |
