Add a Logo

Rendering

This function can be used to add a raster image to the surface of a volume in the model.

  1. Select Rendering | Surface Texture | Add Logo.
  2. Select the image file in the Open dialog box. The program opens the selected image in a separate model window.
  3. Change the reference point of the logo, if necessary. Click the MAGIC button above the status bar, and select a new reference point in the auxiliary window. If you cannot see the button, stretch the bottom edge of the Vertex window downwards.
  4. If necessary, rotate or mirror the logo or change its size. Select a function from the auxiliary menu.

  5. Select the location of the logo. You can position the logo on the face of an object with the keyboard command Shift+M.

Note

  • You can delete the logo as follows:
    1. Click the logo in the basic mode of the program.
    2. Press the Delete key.
  • An image added as a logo is easy to select in the model, when you select the wire frame representation. Select Shaded/Wireframe from the tool strip.
  • You can also select this function in the object tree. Select the object tree title Rendering. Right-click to open the context-sensitive menu, and select Add Logo.
