Screenshot to Clipboard

You can save an image of the 3D model or 2D drawing to the clipboard. The contents of the working window without the user interface will be saved to the clipboard.

1. In the working window, open a model or a drawing you want to copy to the clipboard.
2. Select View | Window | Save Screenshot to Clipboard.
3. Do either of the following:
   • Select an area - Click the lower left corner point and the upper right corner point of the area.
   • Select the whole image - Select the Confirm function, and the whole image will be saved to the clipboard.
4. Do either of the following:
   • Open the document to which you want to insert the image, and select the Paste function (Ctrl+V).
   • Open the image copied to the clipboard by selecting the Paste function (Ctrl+V) in an image editor such as Paint Shop Pro. After naming the image, you can attach the file to an e-mail message, for example.
