Import an Energy Report to Vertex

You can export a Vertex BD generated energy report (energy.xml) to external energy calculation software. From the external software, you can reimport the report to the project folder.

• If the calculation software is installed locally, the energy.xml file can be opened directly from the project folder and saved in the project folder after calculation.
• If the calculation software is used as a web service, the energy.xml file reimported from the service is saved in the project folder.

The report is updated in the project document browser when you save the project.
