Select how the moved texts are to be arranged in the dialog box.
- Shape
- Select an ordering method for the texts from the list. In each case, the texts are placed in the order they were added.
- Vertical - The texts are located underneath each other in the column. Enter the line spacing (mm) in the Vertical field of the Gaps section.
- Horizontal - The texts are located in a row one after another. Enter the spacing between columns in the Horizontal field of the Gaps section.
- Array - The texts are arranged in both rows and columns. In the Array section, you can choose whether the texts are ordered row by row or column by column.

- Enter the distance between columns (mm) in the Horizontal field and the distance between rows in the Vertical field.
- Array
- When you select array as the form, you need to choose whether to arrange the texts column by column or row by row:
- (A) - If you wish to order the texts column by column, select the Max rows radio button and enter the maximum number of rows in the text field. In the example below, the maximum number of rows is three.
- (B) - If you wish to order the texts row by row, select the Max columns radio button and enter the maximum number of columns in the text field (B). In the example below, the maximum number of columns is three.
