Project Functions During Program Start-up

When the program starts up, a dialog box opens containing functions related to creating and opening a project.

The dialog box opens during start-up by default, but this can be disabled if necessary.

1. Select one of the following in the Vertex dialog box:
   • New Project.

     The New Project Dialog Box

   • Open Project.

     Open Project Dialog Box

   • You can open a project from the list of most recently opened projects by double-clicking its id. The default number of projects shown on the recent projects list is four. The number is defined in the system settings.
2. Confirm by clicking OK.

Note

• You can disable the opening of the dialog box during program start-up by selecting the Don't show this dialog at next startup checkbox. You can enable the dialog box again as follows:
  1. Select > Preferences Drawings, Models.
  2. Select the Usage tab.
  3. Select or clear Common: Welcome Dialog.
