Create a New Building Group Model

You can create a new building group model as follows:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Select > New Building.
   • Select Archives | Buildings | New.
   • Press Ctrl+N.

   The New Building dialog box opens.

2. Select Building Group as the building application. The building's saving location is automatically BLDG_GROUPS.
3. Define the building's label, name and template building just as for the creation of a regular building.

4. Confirm by clicking OK.
5. Fill in the building information in the building data card.
6. Select the active drawing-model pair.

The building becomes active. The drawing file of the drawing-model pair is opened in the drawing window and the model file in the model window. See further details on the building data card and the active drawing-model pair or working window at Start a New Building.
