Adding Panel Drawings on a Drawing Sheet

Framer

You can collect the panel drawings of the active drawing-model pair on one drawing sheet. The panel drawings will be added to the drawing as reference drawings. The function is best suited for panel drawings that do not yet include a drawing sheet.

  1. Open a new 2D drawing window by selecting > New. Select Drawing as the document type. When the drawing window is open, select the drawing scale in the general drawing settings. Add a drawing sheet, if necessary.
  2. Select Classic Wall Framing | Panel Schedule Place Panel Drawings on Drawing Sheet.
  3. Select the panel drawings from a list.
  4. Select an auxiliary function, if necessary.

  5. Select the location of the reference drawings on the drawing sheet one after another.
  6. Save the drawing in the building folder by selecting > Save.
Note:
  • Reference drawings can be moved, hidden, deleted, etc. in the drawing by using the Modeling | Drafting | Reference Drawings functions.
  • By default, all the geometry in the wall panel drawing is added to the drawing sheet. You can restrict the geometry to be added to the sheet by using layer group definitions. First, define a layer group which consists of the layers the geometry on which you wish to add to the drawing sheet. Set the name of the layer group as the value of the levelgr_panelsheet keyword (BDS keyword group). For example:

    Keyword Value
    level_group "Wall panel drawings to sheet" 151 154 155 156 162
levelgr_panelsheet "Wall panel drawings to sheet"
