Closing and Saving a Log Work Drawing
Log House Work Drawings
Close the log work drawing by using the Close button in the drawing window. You will be prompted: 'Save Changes?'. You can save the changes you have made in the work drawing to the building model by clicking Yes in the message box. A backup copy of the log work drawing is also saved into a file.
If you have defined the maximum length of a log in the LOGHOUSE setup file with the keyword max_log_length, the program warns you about the logs exceeding the maximum length, but the logs are not cut.
Overlapping Machining Macros
During saving, the program will automatically check whether there are overlapping machining macros in the log work drawing. If fully overlapping macros are found, you will receive the following prompt: 'Duplicate macros found. Delete?" When you wish to delete the extra macro, do the following:
- Select Yes. The extra macro is highlighted in color. You will be prompted: "Delete duplicated macro?"
- Select Yes. You will be prompted: 'Save Changes?'.
- Select Yes. The changes you made are saved in the log work drawing.
- Only fully overlapping machining macros are checked during saving. Partially overlapping macros will be checked too, when you generate a machining list.
