Select the Z Coordinate

The Z coordinate is used to display the covering properties of a macro.

When a macro is added to a drawing, its default position is zero (the Z coordinate is 0).

Overlapping symbols have a different Z coordinate value (Z>0), so that the symbol with the larger Z coordinate covers the symbol with the smaller Z coordinate.

Change the Z Coordinate of a Macro

If you want to locate the macro on another height position, you can change the height.

  1. Select the symbol in the drawing.
  2. Select a new Z value from the toolbar field.

Change the Z Coordinate when Moving a Macro

When you move a macro, you can enter the Z coordinate value.
