Personnel Data

Manage the designing and document management personnel. You can for example add a new staff member, delete and archive a staff member or parts of the personnel list and define roles for the personnel.

Open the Desing Personnel dialog box.

Select tab > Maintenance > Personnel.

Edit the list

  1. Select a name from the list and the context-sensitive menu.
  2. The software opens personnel list’s management tools.
  3. Select the desired function from the list.

Please note

  • Select Yes in the Archived field for those whose name is no longer required when creating a new document.

Add a new person to the list

  1. Move the cursor on top of the list and select the context-sensitive menu.
  2. The software opens personnel list’s management tools.
  3. Select Add row before.
  4. Enter the person's information and select the roles associated with him/her.
  5. Select OK. You will be prompted to confirm the function.

Filtering tools

Activate the filtering tools by selecting the upper row with a blue background and the context-sensitive menu.
