Move or Delete Objects on a Layer

View the objects in a drawing layer by layer. You can move the objects on one layer to another layer, or delete the objects on a layer.

1. Select View | Layers | Layers > Edit Layers.
2. Select the layer from the list. Only the objects on the selected layer will be shown in the drawing.
3. Do one of the following:
   • Click Select new layer. Select a layer on which the objects will be moved.
   • Click Delete elements. Confirm deleting the objects.
   • Click OK. The layers which were last active are shown in the drawing.
   • Click Cancel. The layer selected in the list is shown in the drawing.

This function is not available in the Vertex BD application.
