Edit Backup Settings

Edit backup and saving history settings as follows:

1. Select >  User Preferences >  Backup-files.
2. Edit the settings in the Backup and saving history dialog box.
3. Select OK.

Number of backup versions of drawing and model files

You can choose how many backup copies will be stored. You can choose between 2 and 9 files or none. The default value is 9 files.

Delete files from ‘BACKUP’-directory if files are older than

You can choose an age. The program will automatically delete files that are older than this age from the BACKUP directory. You can choose either 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 months or no deleting. The default value is no deleting.

Saving history log is in use/is not in use

You can enable the saving history log. If the log is enabled, the user who saved the file and the date and change data are logged. You can view the saving history via archive data.
