Delete Models/Drawings

You can delete models or drawings from the archives. You cannot undo the deletion.

Select the documents to be deleted using the dialog box. You can enter a document label, project or another search term as the search criterion. When defining search terms, you can use an asterisk (*) to replace several characters or a question mark (?) to replace a single character.

The document labels meeting the search terms will be displayed as a list, from which you can select the documents to be deleted. You cannot delete an active document.

1. Do either of the following:
   • On the tab, in the Documents group, select Maintenance > Delete Models.
   • On the tab, in the Documents group, select Maintenance > Delete Drawings.
2. Fill in the search data and click OK.
3. Select the models/drawings to be deleted from the list and click OK.

   You will be prompted: Really delete selected models?

4. Select Yes or No.
