User’s Favorites

You can add frequently searched documents (models, library components, symbols etc.) to your browser's Favorites folder in order to speed up your workflow. You can add sub-folders to Favorites folders, and organize favorites to them.

Add a document to favorites

1. Open the browser.
2. Find the object that you want to add to favorites in the browser eg. in the History category.
3. Select the document.
4. Do either of the following:
   • Select Add to Favorites from the context-sensitive menu.
   • If you have added your own folders to favorites, they are presented in a sub menu. To add a document directly to the desired folder, select it from the sub menu.

Delete a document from the favorites

1. Open the browser.
2. Open the Favorites folder.
3. Select the document.
4. Select Remove from Favorites from the context-sensitive menu.

Arrange the favorites to folders

1. Open the browser.
2. Select the Favorites folder.
3. Select New Folder from the context-sensitive menu.
4. Enter a name for the folder.

You can move favorites from one folder to another by using the drag and drop method.

Rename a favorite folder

1. Open the browser.
2. Select a favorites folder.
3. Select Rename from the context-sensitive menu,
4. Enter a new name for the folder.

Delete a favorites folder

1. Open the browser.
2. Select a favorites folder.
3. Select Delete Folder from the context-sensitive menu.
   • If the folder is not empty, the program asks if you want to delete it anyway. If you want to keep the favorites in the folder, select No and move the favorites to another folder.

Move a favorite or a folder to another folder

When you add a document to favorites, it is added to the main Favorites folder. You can arrange favorites and folders by moving them to sub folders within the Favorites folder by using the drag and drop method.

1. Open the browser.
2. Find the document or folder that you want to move from the Favorites folder.
3. Drag the document or folder into a new folder.
