Change the OpenGL Color

Change the color of an entire volume or its surface visible in the shaded or rendered model. You can change the OpenGL color of one or more volumes or surfaces at one time.

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Select the part.
    • Select one or more parts from an assembly.
    • Select one or more part faces.
  2. Select the context-sensitive function Rendering> Change Color.
  3. Select the color from a palette.
  4. Select OK.
Note:
  • You can define a color for a part in an assembly to be used only in the assembly in question.
