Mirror Coordinate Axis
When you set a local coordinate system in the model, you define a plane that will be the xy plane of the local coordinate system. The z axis of the coordinate system is the normal of the plane. The right hand rule determines the z axis direction. If necessary, you can mirror any axis of the coordinate system.

Note: When you use the function
Set local coordinate system with three points, the direction of the local coordinate system is fully defined, so you cannot mirror the axes.
