Verify Distance
Dialog Box Options
- Draw distance
- When this option is selected, the program draws the shortest possible segment between the selected elements.
- Draw distance projections
- When this option is selected, the program draws the projections in X, Y and Z directions of the shortest segment between the selected elements shown.
- Text size (%)
- You can change the size of the dimensions. The size is proportional to the length of the lines.
- Unit
- You can select the unit in which the dimensions are displayed. Possible choices include: Millimeters (without symbol), Millimeters, Meters, Decimal Inches, Feet - Decimal Inches, Feet - Inches - 16ths.
- Clear
- Select to clear the dialog box from previous measurements.
Angle
- Draw angle
- When this option is selected, the program draws an angular dimension to the model.
- Draw angle projections
- When this option is selected, the program draws angular dimensions parallel to the main projection of the model. The projection is not drawn if the selected plane is not perpendicular or if the line changes to a point viewing from the projection direction.
Radius/Diameter
- Radius/Diameter
- You can select whether to display the measurement results in radii or in diameters.
