Edit an Assembly Constraint
You can edit the constraints in an assembly as follows:
- Editing the value of a dimension constraint.
 - Changing the elements connected to a geometric constraint.

Editing Dimension value
This function can be used to change the angle and distance dimensions defined for the elements of a part.
- Select the part whose constraint you want to edit from the assembly tree.
 - Select the constraint from the bottom frame of the assembly tree.
 - Do either of the following:
- Select the context-sensitive function Edit.
 - Double-click the dimension constraint.

 - Edit the dimension value in the dialog box and confirm it.

Changing the Elements of a Constraint
This function can be used to change an element (line, point and/or face) connected to the geometric constraint of a part.
- Select the constraint to be edited from the assembly tree. The elements connected to the constraint will be highlighted in the assembly.
 - Select the context-sensitive function Elements.
 - Select the element to be changed in the dialog box: line/point. The selected element is highlighted in the assembly.
 - If you want to reselect an element you have already selected, click the Change button.
 - Select a new element from the assembly.
 - Finally, accept the change.
