Add a Symmetry Constraint
General
- A symmetry constraint can be set to lines, points and sketch planes.
- The symmetry plane is selected as the last element.
Add a symmetry constraint to a 3D sketch
- Select Sketch | Constraints | Add symmetry constraint or Add symmetry constraint or- select the context-sensitive function Constraints > Constraints > Concentric Concentric

- select the context-sensitive function
- Select the first line, point, or sketch plane.
- Select the second line, point, or sketch plane.
- Select the symmetry plane or planar surface.- The second selected line or point moves so that it is symmetrical with the first line or point with respect to the symmetry plane.

- Repeat steps 2 to 4 to add new symmetry constraints
- Stop adding symmetry constraints- Select another function or
- press the V key or
- press the Esc key or
- click the middle mouse button.

Note:

  - You can delete a symmetry constraint by deleting it from the constraint list.
