Add an Insulation

You can use this function to add a continuous insulation layer on a limited area in the horizontal structure.

1. Select the structure. The structure’s basic layer whose type is FRAMING becomes automatically selected. If necessary, you can select another FRAMING type layer.

2. Select Plane Structure | Framing | Add Profile Add Insulation.
3. Select the area.
4. Select the insulation properties in the Wool Data dialog box.

5. Select the corner points of the area to which insulation is to be added.
6. Select Confirm.

The insulation layer is added to the framing model FRAMING.vxm.
