Add Insulation Into Area

You can use this function to add an insulation layer to a horizontal structure with a framing, or to a floor or roof panel. The insulation is added between the joists on the entire area of the horizontal structure or panel.

1. Select the structure. The structure’s basic layer whose type is FRAMING becomes automatically selected. If necessary, you can select another FRAMING type layer.

2. Select Plane Structure | Framing | Add Profile Add Insulation Add Insulation to Structure.
3. Select the insulation properties in the Wool Data dialog box.

The insulation layer is added to the framing model FRAMING.vxm.
