Select the properties of the continuous insulation layer in the Wool Data dialog box.

Structure, Layer

The program reads the data of the structural layer from the area you have selected. The thickness of the layer is displayed in the text field. If the thickness of the insulation layer is different from the thickness of the structural layer, select the way you want to position the insulation layer in relation to the structural layer:

• Locate by top side - The top surface of the structural layer is the top surface of the insulation layer.
• Locate by bottom side - The bottom surface of the structural layer is the bottom surface of the insulation layer.

Material Code

Select the material code of the insulation by clicking the arrow button of the field. Select the material code from a list. The fields Sheet code and Thickness are automatically refreshed according to the selected material code. If the list does not include a suitable option for the structural layer's thickness, select the option Mineral wool, dimensionless. In this case, the thickness of the insulation layer is the same as the thickness of the structural layer.
