Adding the Equal Distance Constraint in a Model

This function can be used to set two pairs of parts at an equal distance from each other. You can do this by clicking the parts and the element (point, line or face) to be affected by the constraint on parts. If the result is not what you expected, you can change the Distance constraint's chirality.

1. Select Modeling | Connection | Distance > Equal Distance.
2. Select the first (1st) pair of parts as follows:
   • Select the first part and an element in it.
   • Select the second part and an element in it.
3. Select the second (2nd) pair of parts as follows:
   • Select the third part and an element in it.
   • Select the fourth part and an element in it.
4. Change the value of the distance in the dialog box, and accept the value.
