Defining Base Offset of a Railing

This function is used to define the distance of the baseline of the railing to be added from the selected points. The offset of the baseline has been defined with the project parameter RAILING_OFFSET. If this parameter has not been defined, an error message is displayed, after which the user can type the offset in a text box. The order in which the points are selected (rotating clockwise or counter-clockwise) defines on which side the railing is added.
